Questions people ask

When does the cargo change?: At 00:00 UTC, every day. Everyone in the world gets the same cargo in the same order that day.
Why is my score not on the board?: It should not any more. Scores are checked the moment they arrive and land on the board straight away. If one is stuck, tell us the name on your row.
Why was my game rejected?: The server checks every score against what the game can actually produce — was there really a game behind it, did it last long enough, could that many merges pay that many points. If an honest game was refused that is a bug on our side, not yours. Email us the name on your row and we will look.
Can I play more than once a day?: Yes, as often as you like, and it is free. Everyone gets the same cargo that day; what ranks is your best game on it, not your first. There is a second board for your best score ever.
Can I change my display name?: Yes. Settings has a Name row; tap it and type a new one. Names are 2 to 8 letters or digits, no spaces, because that is what fits a leaderboard row. If someone else's name is offensive, email us and we will change it and ban them if it was deliberate.
How do I delete my data?: Settings has a Delete my data button. It erases your player, your runs and your leaderboard rows immediately and cannot be undone. Details in the privacy policy.
Will there be an Android version?: iPhone first. We will say so here and on the front page when that changes.
