Terms of Use

Meraydin: Merge Cargo is made by Ilya Pavlov. By installing or playing it you agree to the few rules below. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the App Store version.
Fair play
The rankings only mean something if every score on them was played. Do not tamper with the app, its network traffic, or the data it sends. Every score is checked against what the game can produce, anything impossible is refused, and a player who keeps sending such scores is banned from the rankings. No warning is owed for that.
The service
The daily cargo, the rankings, and the score checks run on our server. We aim to keep them up but make no promise that they will always be available or error-free. We may change how rankings work, reset them, or shut the service down. The game itself keeps working without a network: the day's cargo is worked out on the device, and a game played offline is sent when the connection comes back.
Your data
What the app stores and sends is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Ownership
The game, its art, its name, and the Broker belong to Ilya Pavlov. You may share screenshots and recordings of your own play anywhere you like.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything that follows from using it or from being unable to use it.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Continuing to play after that means you accept them.
